Overview

Northern Kentucky University has the feel of a small town university with the benefits of a culturally diverse metropolitan area.

We are located just seven miles from downtown Cincinnati and a host of arts venues including: Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Ballet, Contemporary Art Center and the Aronoff Center for the Arts.

NKU has generous financial awards that are available to deserving and accomplished students. Scholarships range from partial tuition to full tuition and housing.

SOTA is friendly and supportive. We offer a small class size and more importantly, individual attention. There are also study abroad opportunities through the International Studies Department and KIIS (Kentucky Institute of International Studies).
